SQLite works but MySQL doesn't #2

    Whenever  I have it set to use MySQL instead of SQLite it just automatically disables the plugin and the dependent plugins don't work. I have a schema set up and ready for it, but it doesn't do anything, just shuts itself off. Any help is appreciated :s
