    any version run from the released version of 1.2.4 up to the latest dev. version I get this error spammed a lot in my logs

    Im having the EXACT same problem.
    I know i have MySQL set up correctly cause i have multiple plugins that use it(autorank, mcmmo, etc), and no other plugin is having problems connecting.
