StartupViewer

Ever have online hosting where you don't know the startup arguments for your server? Feel like you aren't getting what you should? Just curious about what kind of configuration a host uses?

StartupViewer is a simple plugin that can either display the command-line arguments for a server, or print them to a file.

How to install

Just drag and drop into the plugins folder, it's that easy!

How to configure

No configuration necessary!

Commands

  • /startup view - Displays the command-line arguments in chat
  • /startup print - Prints the command-line arguments to a file

Permissions

  • startupviewer.view - Permission to view the command-line arguments
  • startupviewer.print - Permission to print the command-line arguments to a file

Requirements

Java 6 or higher

Metrics

StartupViewer uses metrics, which keeps track of information such as OS, player count, java version, and other specific information in an anonymous fashion. You can view the collected information by clicking the graph below, and it is used for any potential future development for specific groups that develop within statistics:

This can be disabled in the Metrics configuration for all plugins, under plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml , and set "opt-out" to true.
