Changelog

- Added '/staffchat (un)mutesound' option to mute the sound per person. (You can still mute it for everyone in the config)
- Added '/staffchat (un)mute' option to mute all chats (except 'all')
- Added '/srl' (an extra command for /staffreload)
- Added '/all (message)' command. You can't mute this one and you can't turn off the sound because it is meant for emergency's. If you want these options say it and I add it :)
- Added more messages in the config.
 
- Fixed some buggs.
