How to use
It's really simple to use, Just download it and change the config message to whatever you want!
Config:
The comments are not in the real config
Message is what the player receives when they ask for staff
Color codes can be found here
Message: 'Your message here, &6This is a color code!'

Ah that would be the problem, I don't have it updated for spigot 1.8.3, But the server doesn't even recognize it?

I just installed your plugin to my server, however my server isn't detecting the plugin at all, nor did it generate its config file.
My server is running Spigot 1.8.3 if that helps :)
