Bukkit

This is a build of SpoutLWC for use with LWC 4.0.

Please comment if you have any issues.

This version is recommended for anyone using CraftBukkit R4 or later, and is required for R5 compatibility. It WILL NOT WORK with older versions of CraftBukkit or SpoutPlugin. It fixes some bugs.
