SpoutKeyCommands 2.1
This plugin allows users with the spoutcraft client to set commands to keys on the keyboard, wich can make typing commands much easier. Imagine a long command you often use, made accessible with just the press of a button.
Features
- Set personal or global commands to keys on your keyboard.
- No config file
- Uses bukkit persistence (sqlite/mysql)
- Api for developers.
Requirements
Supported Permissions Plugins
- PermissionsEx
- Permissions
- BukkitPermissions
Usage
I am planning to make a video to demonstrate the functionality.
To set a personal key use the command "/skc set" ("/skc gset" for global keys) followed by the command without the '/'.
Then you press the key or key combination you want to use for that command.
The modifier keys you can use is left and right shift and ctrl. Note that Left shift/ctrl is NOT the same as right shift/ctrl.
The combination is also order specific, so LSHIFT + LCONTROL + M is NOT equal to LCONTROL + LSHIFT + M.
Note that this plugin dont bypass permission checks for commands of other plugins.

looks like this is dead
Please update ! And set config.yml for shortcut of member instead of a. db.
Not that I didn't appreciate its existing functionality before 1.2 spoiled my fun, it worked great with GUI Creator as a makeshift options screen :)
If you could integrate it into Spout's own shortcut system, that would be awesome. So the server admin sets up the commands he wants to appear in the options screen, and the users can set them without using commands.
@Flenix1
Eventually it will. I probably will have more time for it now that my own computer is revived.
So, guessing this wont get updated then? :(
@themacman21
No, the spout client has it. This is great to create aliases to send to the client, so players don't need to map stuff themselves - for example we use it for our chat channels, I've assigned the number pad to be a channel each with a few teleports thrown in.
Also when it was released, Spout didn't have it :P
Anyway - broken on SpoutPlugin 815
Um spout already has this.....??
@jorisk322 No. It uses bukkits persistence which you can set to sqlite or mysql (sqlite is the default)
@GazerDwarf Thanks
Does this require mySQL? If so, could you please edit your post, because I don't get it.
Thanks for the awesome plugin, this will make annoying repetitive things much less repetitive.
Version 2.1 submitted for approval.
It fixes a mysql bug
@skeletonofchaos
When I started this I checked to see if something like this had ben done, but I could not find any plugin doing it at he time.
And as I understand they work differently
Rip off of shortcuts much?
@Prard
Its already finished. I just await approval for the files.
If you like you can download it from its github page.
