SpoutInstantCamera
SpoutInstantCamera: Take screenshots; view and share them ingame
This plugin requires Spout to be installed on the server and Spoutcraft on the client.
The Spout forums thread is here.
Features:
- Creates a Camera item that you can right-click to take a screenshot with.
The recipe:
Screenshots are saved in .png format in plugins/SpoutInstantCamera/pictures/instantcam_(number).png on the server.
-The Camera drops signs that, when right-clicked when held, pops up a window displaying the screenshot.
Known Problems:
Bukkit's bug where right-clicking-air does not fire a right click air event means that you have to right click a block to activate the sign.
You can only take a maximum of 65534 pictures.
Pictures may be squashed when they are displayed.

I do like this plugin, but I have one problem. It isn't major, but it is quite annoying. When the camera item is dropped on the ground it appears as a grid of all items. I don't know whether this is the plugin or spout, but if there is anything that could be done to address this I would appreciate it.
I'm looking forward to pictures being able to be taken like before again, where I can right click air and it takes a picture.

Sadly, Spout does not support custom paintings yet as far as I know. I've tried figuring out the Bukkit Map Item API, but gave up after realising its complexity.
@HTTP500 is it possible for you to make it so people can put paints up of there pictures?
Mind blown. Thanks for that bit of information mooman.
@mooman219
Thanks! I never knew that. I'll upload another release tomorrow with this fix.

Not a bug. When a player right clicks nothing, the event is still called, but it is cancelled. If you remove the "event.isCancelled()" "return;" in your code. it will work. Bukkit cancels it by default when it sends it out. It is a common misjudgment to say it does not work. I forget why, but there was a good reason why it cancels the event by default. But to note, you CAN un cancel it.
