WorldGuard Region Settings Ignored #141

    Long story short, SpoutEssentials appears to be ignoring any and all settings for WorldGuard regions. I've checked the name and that appears right, I even tried editing the example one, which apparently was a bad idea because it just got changed back. Is there some setting that might need to be turned on before I can use WG settings? Help, please.
