    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Make the plugin assignable to a selected region or make it biome dependable. i.e. Little or no chance of combustability unless in desert biome.

    Please provide any additional information below.

    Allow options to adjust probability of spontaneou combustion in certain biomes.
