Elemental Giants you can fight!
These Elemental Giants are huge creatures made out of blocks. The final goal is to create fully functioning mobs, with animations, attacks, and maybe even boss fights! The plugin is still kind of proof-of-concept, and as the core code needs some work, there is little to do now, but much potential for this idea.
This project is still in development!
Do not use this if you are looking for a badass Zelda-esque boss fight. Use it to find bugs and give us ideas.
Features are subject to change depending on how much sleep the devs got last night.
We are accepting suggestions about almost anything to do with the plugin. To keep the incoming Ideas organized, Please Add a ticket with your ideas.
Planned Features
- Elementals come is different types with different abilities. Lava, Water, Stone Dirt, etc,
- Elementals will be the boss of the normal world.
- Elementals will spawn naturally or created by an admin.
- Special combat mechanics for fighting each type.
How To Install and run
- Download the plugin
- Place .jar file in your plugins directory.
- Run the server.
- Type /live
- Optional You can also install BarAPI to show the boss bar for the elementals.
Commands:
- /live will list all the available elemental type file.
- /live <type> will spawn an elemental of that type.
- /cmd will list all the available commands and animations.
- /cmd <command> will play the animation stored in the file
- /cmd grow all Elementals will increase the size by 50%
- /cmd die all Elementals die.
Permissions:
- Elemental.Live allows a player to use the live command.
config.yml:
See the elemental config for custom elementals
- FlyingBlockImpactExplosion: true Will cause an explosion when the elemental hits a solid block.
- MaxElementalcount: 1 max Elemental per server ( use caution if you change this)
- MaxBlockCountPerElemental: 2000 max blocks per Elemental will cause the Elemental to die. ( use caution if you change this)

You can make it of TNT but it would be a block not the PrimedTNT.

Yes you can kill them with a bow, No they don't have any AI of there own yet but i plan to have them punch cows, and pigs and things when there idle.
Right now the elemental forms on the creator and preforms animations based on what the player is doing.
There are only 2 commands /live and /cmd typing them in Lists all the other commands that change depending on the users settings.

@Splated But i want that it dont spawn when you right click, That it spawns on the eye location of the player how to do that?
Plus, please put all the commands and show what it does in the front page, so much more people will know it and like it, and mostly download it. And if you can, please make a changelog. And show the plugin's full features on the front page. Thanks, I hope you would consider my idea. : D
And, is the elemental supposed to fight or follow his creator? Because I don't really understand what the elemental is supposed to do. Thanks! :D
Is there a way to kill the elemental? And does the elemental kill mobs automatically? Thanks
An elemental made of TNT would be hilarious. :D (I'm just joking around though.)

If You want the elemental to spawn only when you right click with the sword.
something like this?
Set the "genOnAni" Special Code for both foot and Torso
set all the animations to "- all _ reset"
and change blocking to.
The elemental will not generate blocks if its in its default position since every animations will reset to default but when the blocking is trigged it will shift up .1 and start making blocks.
In the new version, Is when i want to spawn a dirt monster it dont spawn but if i right click with a sword it spawns on my location and follows me.. Like the shield

why wait the bukkit divs take too long to approve stuff.
How do you config stuff like the shield and fire wings so that the player can spawn them
@Splated: I'm running B1.2, and only Dirt is there by default. Then again, your video is labeled B1.3, so I'll just wait for the next version to research the sample configs.
@adamk523 Technically it already is, I think you can build just about anything, and ill add whats missing if you find something you can't make. :P
Look in the "your bukkit server"/plugins/Splateds_Elementals/elementals/
shield and firewings should be in there, if you have the latest version.
Any chance you could post the configs for the shield and wing animations shown in the latest video, at least until a full config tutorial is available? Heck, with all the stuff this plugin can do, perhaps you're able to consider turning this into a full blown floating block animation suite, with elementals being one of its awesome features! :)

So you wan't a on/off setting for the blocks flying off at death?
I decided to make a logo for this if you need one :) (There is a black line on the right side too, it got cut off in the preview though) Oh crud, @xDizasterCYx , I just realized you said you were gonna make one, sorry :/
@Splated My question is, Is there a option to enable that if the big monster is dead, He will explode and all the blocks will be dropped?
