    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    Install .jar, boot server

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    In previous versions there has been a default vanilla config generated. Now there is not and It is complicated to reproduce. I have not been able to.
    I absolutely love this plugin and would not have a server without it. Currently I can not use it due to a lack of default configuration xml's!
