Yes I believe it does change. Though it has nothing to do with this plugin. That is handled by either craftbukkit or minecraft code.
Can this plugin change the "entity" inside the spawner? (ie. i have a pig spawner [showing a pig inside] and i change it to cow. will the animal inside change to cow?) is it making a visual difference?

It doesn't keep track of who owns which spawner at all so that wouldn't be possible in it's current state. I will think about it though.
Yes but you can add a comand like this one : /spawner takeall , to take all your spawner or /spawner info to see how many spawner the player have

No, sorry. This plugin isn't a protection plugin. There are lots of plugins that can deal with that sort of thing quite nicely.

I don't know anything about Factions, I have never used it. However it should be detecting if they have access to break blocks there. If they don't then they shouldn't be able to break a spawner there either.

It sounds like you want to use a block/land protection plugin of some sort.

My server uses an auto shop, so I sell different spawner, thanks to your plugin that allows all Gives. But the problem is that I do not want the players the steals, I want that only, the buyer of the spawner can move him and not the other players ! (Sorry for my bad english, i'm french) Can players can take only the spawner they put ?( their spawner)
In previous version, players used to be able to break mob spawners in claimed faction territory. Can you perhaps re-implement that feature?

The permissions aren't working for breaking spawners. Nobody on my server are able to break them, just ops.

How do I make that non ops can mine the spawner too?

I have no idea what you mean by essentials support or config for each mob type.

Could you add vault/essentials support for this plugin? I need it so that a player spends x currency to change a spawner, with a different amount for each mob. Thanks, -Sharpcastle33

Yep. I am 100% sure it uses Bukkit permissions. However maybe it just isn't liking the * there for whatever reason. That's all I can think. Try putting the entity names in individually maybe and see if that works.
