WARNING: This is an alpha release with minimal testing. Documentation is not ready yet. Some features are still missing and some may not be working correctly. Not recommended for production use. Don't blame me if this blows up your server if you choose to use it.

• Implement config set and get (still have to validate user input and handle drops, etc.).
• Change a lot of lists to sets for performance.
• Update help.txt content a little. This will not auto update itself.
• spawner.override changed to spawner.enabled.bypass permission. The enabled option isn't fully implemented everywhere yet.
• Make /spawner list automatic and only show enabled entities.
• Fix /spawner give not working from console.
• Fix drops.
• Other little miscellaneous fixes.
