b2: re-add config comments, clean up code, add language file (not being read atm)
b1: re-write to get rid of the former PluginBase system which was not really used anyways
Language is not read properly, will be fixed asap
Interfaces have been stripped of the Pluginbase and thus, plugins that hook SpamHammer have to re-organize, too. If you need assistance, create a ticket!
