Bukkit

Added:

• Fixed up a few minor errors
• added ability to type /w <playername>
• you can now /heal and /nom other players, (/command <player>)
• Sends a message to the server console, saying who typed the command
• Temporarially fixed the proublem with commands from the console
• Fixed permission nodes... again
