v0.3: Added /exp check [username] Now if a user has SmartExp.check, when they kill a mob it tells them how close they are to a new level. Fixed a few glitches (that were made by me being careless)

v0.2: First release of the plugin, features: /exp check to show exp and level. /exp reload to reload the config

Fully configurable mob exp drops.
