Added total slots used/available to the sg list command
Fixed sg reload properly reassigning players to slots - note: this will kick players who do not have a slot after the reload!
Set the event priority to Monitor, which should prevent this plugin from having issues with White/Blacklist plugins
Switched to the newer method of Updating
Vault >= 1.2.8 is now required to run SlotGroups.
This plugin has been tested with PermissionsEx, PermissionsBukkit (SuperPerms), and bPermissions. Though it should work with any permissions system supported by Vault, I cannot as of yet vouch for its stability using any permission system other than listed here.
