A ton of changes, updates, and fixes with this version.

• Updated completed/expired/forfeited/etc task management.
• Updating install so users no longer have to shut down the server, they can simply reload.
• Added automatic update system.
• Reworked the reward retrieval system to be way more intuitive and useful.
• Added functionality to block spawner camping (configurable).
• Totally reworked the way item tasks are handled. Items are no longer processed immediately upon picking them up. The player must now use the command /sl process top open up an inventory that is used to submit items. This reduces the chance of exploits and also adds balance.
• Added fix for kills with bows not registering.
• Slightly update save system.
  • Added a "tasks" folder where the tasks.yml file is now stored.
  • All previous saves will be unharmed while moving the files, though it is recommended to backup the data just in case.
  • All edits to the tasks.yml file will be preserved when moving to the new folder.
• Reworked permissions so they actually function correctly. I had a slight error in the order that I was handling permission checking before which could have caused some issues.
• Fixed typos.
• Other bug fixes.
