Only working for Ops #1

    Running 1.2 here, and all commands are working great, but ONLY for ops.

    I have tried adding slashstorm.* or slashstorm.day, to either players or entire groups, but they are unable to use these commands.

    Running PermissionsEx + Vault, I presume you support both or at least one of them.
