Fix crucial Parentable bug that causes plugin to not start correctly with default configuration.

There is next-to-no documentation for the configuration. You are on your own for now. Don't come asking for documentation either until I finish writing it. It'll be at https://github.com/daboross/SkyWars/wiki when it is written.
