I think that this plugins is very good, but I have a little problem. When I run the command /sw join 1 it gives me this error: "Waiting for arena 1 was not found. Please tell the staff."

You are the staff, when it says staff it means the server admin / op.

You need to set your waiting area for arena 1... The command would be /sw setwaiting 1

This is where your players will be teleported to while waiting for the game to start so set the waiting area in a pregame position.
