• ProtocolLib dependency has been removed and effects will still work as normal.
• Remove NBT tags: Remove those pesky NBT tags from your items using “%itemstacks% with no nbt"
• Early Sentry Support: Now have NPC’s protect players using "set citizen %id% to protect %player%". This effect is very experimental and buggy, use with caution.
• The “on vote” event will now return an “event-string” value with the name of the voting site.

This version is only for 1.8 servers that still want to use json messages.
