This build is aimed at developers to get started on adding support for Skillz

• Complete rewrite. Only update if you're a dev or if you know what you're doing! This build is a pre-release, meaning it's only tested for about 70%
• New API, allowing devs to add their own skills
• Now storing skills in their own config file
• NO SUPPORT will be given for this version. Bugs may be reported to http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skillz/tickets/, but prefix them with [6.0]!

• Not all skills have been implemented yet, nor have all features been tested. This is mostly a version for developers to use.
• Levelup messages do not display
• Only one levelup at a time, even though xp-wise you should gain multiple levels.
• Rewards are not yet working when leveling up
