Simply Disenchant
This extremely simple plugin adds a command, /disenchant, that removes all enchantments on the item the player is holding.
/disenchant
description: Removes any enchantment from the item held.
usage: While holding the item you want to disenchant, type </disenchant>
permission: disenchant.use
permission-message: You don't have permission to use this command.
