The plugin works with Citizens2, but it has a little bug.

It Works ONLY when you open your Citizens2.jar with WinRaR or with something another archiver program. Open plugin.yml must be ONLY numbers at Version. Works with these Version Numbers: 2.0.4 , 2.0.5 , 2.0.6**

Maybe It's complicated in letters, so here, check out these pictures :). When you download Citizens2 plugin, you will see something like this in your plugin.yml:

Remove It's letters, and leave the version numbers, then save:

I recommend editing Plugin.yml with NotePad Plus Plus,but I'm sure that any source editor is good for it :)

This issue is fixed in Version 1.3
