+ Re-added PluginMetrics.
+ Re-added the PluginMetrics info when you type /simplebroadcast (or /sb).
! Fixed bug that you can start the broadcast after typing /sb reload although the broadcast is already running.
! Fixed bug that the broadcast restarts if a user joins although another user is already online.
! Fixed many other bugs of the "requiresonlineplayers" function.

-> Completely compatible with 1.6.4, 1.5.2 and 1.4.7!

!Important!

Please add the point "pluginmetrics: true/false" to your config.yml so you can decide if you want to use PluginMetrics or not.
