Updated to CraftBukkit #2117

I thought that I would release a new version instead of waiting for a reccomended build.

Same as previous version, but a quick recompile with the #2117 development snapshot. It seems to be working alright, and I didn't spot any problems with my test server, if you do please tell me. Still no old map deletion, needs a lot more work and testing because it has a few bugs.

Updates: 1. General code cleanup

2. Added zip disabling, the plugin can now copy the folders to the backup directory, saving CPU usage and is also a lot faster than zipping up the folders

New config.yml entry: Change to true to disable zipping and to false to enable zipping. Defaults to true. 'disable-zipping: true'
