Simple Backup Change log

Updated to CraftBukkit 1.1-R4 #1938

Added command "/sbackup" for manual backups. Can only be ran by OP players and not from the console.

Removed unused code.

Config.yml changes:

Added in 'custom-backup-message: Backup starting' This doesn't work properly yet but I left it in for future updates that are in the works.

Old map file deletion will hopefully be in the next update.
