• Basic fix for issue where servers where not updating when using mysql

Tickets are now updated on all servers when the update method is called.

However there is nothing to say on the other servers that a ticket has been added. I'm still looking for a way to display notices on all servers if a ticket has been created on a different server.

It's recommended if using MySQL to set your updateTime to between 60 - 300 so you get almost real time updates for tickets.
