Simple Showcase
Simple Showcase - A simple to use but extremely advanced shop system!
Version: v0.1.3
Simple Showcase is a great shop plugin, it provide a lot of great features for all servers out there, but it's also very simple to use, for server administrators, and for players their self.
With Simple Showcase you can create 'server owned' and 'player owned' shops. With 'server owned' shops you can sell anything you want, not only regular Minecraft items, but also other products, even more if you install some 3th party plugins which provides more products to sell. With these shops you can do anything you want, you can set the product prices, you could set a custom permission node for each shop, you can set minimum and maximum quantities for each transaction, and you can even link the shop to an external price list to keep the shop prices up-to-date by making a change in the external file.
'Player owned' shops can provide even greater features, now players are able to create their very own shops to sell their own stuff to others, by using a command, placing down a block and entering the price into the chat, and all of this is very simple to use, help commands are included.
With Simple Showcase you can even create booths in protected worlds to give players the ability to place their own shop Read More...

I think that the plugin keeps crashing my server, I am not sure why. My version of Minecraft bukkit is 1.6.2 unstable build
Will this plugin updated for the minecraft version 1.6?
it says You don't have permission
I'm also getting the "You don't have space in your inventory" message too.
so i just installed the plugin but when i create a simple shop (owner of shop), others players are not able to buy because it says"inventory is full", when in reality it isn't. just wondering if you have seen this before?
Does this still work on 1.4.6 ??
Hi timvisee, I think you didn't update the github repository to the 0.1.3 version. I was just about to fix some bugs of your project, but coudn't find the newest version on github. Please upload it.
@timvisee Hmz, still strange the potions wont show up properly, gonna use your pricelist and check it again.
Options for the pricelist, enable / disable shop sell or buy. Its a drama to set up 100 shops and disable options one by one.
@timvisee
For the second resquest, I think a simple command to set price or other parameter, then right click on shop. For example, actually : /shop select [shop name] Then /shop setprice [price]
But It would be better : /shop setprice [price] Then right click on shop.
@mheiden
No sorry. I will take a look at this. Btw, we created a price list for potions, the list is not finished yet., but I'll put the link on the bottom of this message.
Oh btw, I took a look on my server. And these potions seems to work...

Btw, do you have any suggestions for the price lists? Because it seems that you are using them ;)
@Tellus30
Hey,
Thank you for your comment. At first about the first thing you noticed. I'll rewrite the player owned shop system soon, to add features like this. But also to give the player the ability that the buyer has to buy items from the shop with their items instead of money, with XP or anything like that. Also the ability will be added to let other players sell items in a player owned shop
About your second thing, do you have a better idea? Maybe a tool to select the shop or something? Or a flag in the commands to put the name of the shop (or the ID) into the command itself (optionally)
About your third thing, I'm going to change the way players have to create their shops so that players have to click a block.
Sorry for the late reply btw, for some reason I wasn't updated through my mail that you posted this comment ;)
Oh and btw, sure the plugin will be updated haha. I don't like it to abandone a plugin.

@JohOply
Hi, I know about this and I'll fix this in the upcomming version. Sorry for the late reply btw, for some reason I wasn't updated through my mail that you posted this comment ;)

The plugin doesn't work too good with potions, I wanted to make a server maintained potion shop, but your plugin only shows the splash versions and not the normal potions.
While using the datavalue for normal potions. Any suggestions?
Hello !
Thanks for your great plugin, better than competitors...
BUT, I see 3 problems : - First of all, the no possibility to see the number of objets for sale in a shop of another player. We have only the price and the owner. - Then, the obligation to select the shop with a command for modify price or others parameters. - Finally, the obligation to place a bloc to select an emplacement, is particularly restrictive...
Good job However, I hope this plugin will be updated (sorry for my english, I'm french)
There is some spam, not ?
@parrothead1337
Hey, Thanks for your great impressions.
About the shortened commands, this plugin does have shortened commands but I wrote down all the full commands on the commands page. For example /simpleshowcase shop create could also be used as /ss s create ;)
Also, have you seen the player owned shop wizard? Give it a try! I'm going to add this wizard to server owned shops too!
"Setting a default style of showcase shops in a configuration file could also be a big help. For the vast majority of my shops the selling feature will be disabled completely, but forgetting to type the command '/simpleshowcase shop disablesell' means that users may accidentally sell their items to the shop for $0. I read that a wizard feature is coming soon, so I'll be waiting!" This feature is going to be available later on but it's defenitly going to be added!
I got rid of our server's old showcase plugin earlier today and saw this brand new one and decided to install it. It is better in every way to the old showcase and has a lot of features the previous one lacked such as selling back to the shop. I really hope this continues developing because it is great!
The only thing that was bothersome was the sheer amount of commands it takes to create a single shop.
