Simple Player List
Main | Installation | Configuration
Description
Simple Player List is the successor to OnlinePlayers. It is a plugin which collects the currently active members on your server and sends the information to a webpage that can be viewed by the public.
It displays whether or not the server is online, the users who are currently online (if any) and the number of users online out of the total that can be online.
There are two configuration files. One for the Bukkit plugin, so that it can connect to the PHP script. The other is to configure the functionality of the actual list display.
Permissions support (which is entirely optional), to enable the creation of custom ranks. You can create as many ranks as you want, and call them whatever you like. The purpose is to add a little tag, or prefix before the user's name in the player list.
Features
- Automatically updating active player list, viewable as a webpage.
- Permissions support for custom ranks. (Optional)
- Easy to configure with simple and explained config files.
- Status of the server is displayed as offline or online.
- Run on ANY Server. The server can send the list to any website or computer that has the correct php files. This means if the physical Minecraft server is off, the scripts can still run and display that the server is offline.
- Compact display. No confusing extra crap around the page to distract from the real purpose of the list.
- The ability to display a users skin face next to their name.
- The format of the list can be altered and parts removed to get exactly what you want.
- Give your users ranks with the config.yml file and simple permission nodes.
- Simple Prefix (link) integration. If you are running Simple Prefix, users prefixes will be used as ranks.

To Do's

Hey man a few days ago your plugin worked just fine for me but now i can't seem to get it to work AT ALL.
When i turn on the server it always tells me that it can not connect to the given URL The files are all write and readable (MOD 777) and they all certainly exist in the given URL. However it doesn't matter what i try as URL it always tells me it can't connect
This is how my config looks like: Server:
This is how my hosts file looks like:
This is how my virtual host for "ravand.org" looks like:
I tried the numeric IP, 127.0.0.1, ravand.org but nothing works. I also tried to place all the files into the main root www folder but with no success
Any suggestion on how to get it to work again?
I have a problem...
In the congif page : http://vvv.rhemfur.com/playerlist/editor/ you see:

And in the http://vvv.rhemfur.com/playerlist/ list you see the faces black...
And sometimes I get this code:

There something you recommend? Something that might be forgetting?
Thank You
@MERCHANToDEATH
It works perfectly with my 1.4.2 server. ;)
Does this still work? Any update on a different site or a dev build?
@MineDing
I'm only checking here for updates, but I saw your comment so thought I'd reply.
Have you got PHP GD installed and enabled?
Why are the faces black? How can i fix it? :O Thx
Salut,
J'ai un flood dans la console:
09:10:54 CONSOLE: [INFO] Reached end of stream 09:10:58 CONSOLE: [INFO] Reached end of stream 09:10:58 CONSOLE: [INFO] Reached end of stream 09:11:00 CONSOLE: [INFO] Reached end of stream
C'est possible de le désactiver ? Merci
Plumeex
ah oui :D. (faut que je retrouve l'endroit) ^^
Edit: Effectué.
@tincx
@tincx
@tincx
@tincx
De rien, ça a marché ? :)
Merci pour ta réponse rapide Plumeex =)
@tincx
Bonjour, ton plugin marche trés bien merci.
@ghostyboy5
Open up the data.txt file and delete the second line, that will fix it.
