Added [Jukebox] sign that will play records in a chest. Putting different records in the chest will make the sign go through them in order
Added ability to run commands as if the buyer typed the command using "runCommand{asUser}" block (NOTE: "*" permission nodes must be supported by your permission plugin for this feature)
Added ability to unlink chests from a sign using redstone
Changed how SignShop and Essentials interact with one another. OPs will be warned on login and in console if any signs are conflicting
