Implemented a workaround for Vault's bad handling of wildcard permissions in bPermissions and GroupManager
Left clicking signs now displays the actual amounts to be bought/sold and the currency multiplier if using partial amounts or custom multipliers
Added a left click event to be fired so plugins only checking for PlayerInteract events and not BlockRedstoneEvent will now work with SignShop's Device signs (we're looking at you MachinaCraft)
