    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    Is it possible to add a feature so the players have to be charged via Iconomy to be ranked up
    Please provide any additional information below.
    I have a jail server which I wish to use your plugin on once my players have a certain amount of money from doing tasks in the jail.
