    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. CraftBukkit 1185+
    2. only plugins in plugins folder permissions version [3.1.6] (Yeti) and SignRank
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    22:52:31 [SEVERE] No support Permissions plugin has been found, SignRank will support itself.
    22:52:31 [INFO] SignRank has been disabled.

    What version of the product are you using?

    latest SignRank - and CraftBukkit ver.1219 - and [Permissions] version [3.1.6] (Yeti)

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    22:52:31 [SEVERE] No support Permissions plugin has been found, SignRank will support itself.
    22:52:31 [INFO] SignRank has been disabled.

    Permissions2 and 3 are outdated, and thus I won't be supporting them. I'd advice you to get PermissionsEx instead. :)

    You may want to remove Permissions3 from the supported list then.
