A basic announcement plugin that broadcasts pre-defined announcements at a set interval

Commands: /shout reload - Reloads the shout config /shout <INTERVAL> - Sets the announcement interval /shout add <MESSAGE> - Adds a message to the announcement list

how do you delete announcements? And where are the announcements listed? In the publicconfig?

Interval is in seconds!! Some more information would be cool but reloading and adding on the fly is really nice.
By the way, even "§a-f,0-9" color code works. Only on my PC (Windows), for some reason when I try to use it on my Linux server it doesn't want to work anymore giving me exceptions

This is a nice simple, easy to use plugin that I have tested on my server for a while and it works rather well, I especially like the ability to add announcements on the fly if needed.
