What steps will reproduce the problem?
A:
1. Left click sign to get in creative
2. Throw item you had in your bar out, sometimes you do not pop back to survival
B:
1.Left click sign to get in creative
2.Server crashes/restarts abruptly
3. Rejoin, free creative.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Perm nodes for the creative shop selection.

What version of the product are you using?

Most recent version bukkit

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.

Did this on a test server to reduce number of plugin conflicts.
