Removed sign, cannot remove chest without reload #50

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Create a shop
    2.Remove the sign on the shop
    3.Try to remove the chest you used for the shop

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    You should be able to remove the chest. Intead you see message "You must remove the sign from this shop to break it". The sign has already been removed. The only way to fix it is to issue a "reload" on the server console.

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.4.7

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No it doesn't log any error.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Bukkit 1.7.2 R0.2
