To set up costs for trading shopkeepers, first click an item in your inventory, then click the slot in the editor window (you no longer click and drag)
Shift-click is allowed again for admin shopkeepers (not for player shopkeepers)
Added player-shopkeeper-inactive-days option (removes shopkeepers if a player has not logged in for a specified number of days)
