• Added: Debug command (debugCreateShops <count>) to spawn massive amounts of empty admin shopkeepers for testing purposes.
• Internal: Replaced Scanner with InputStreamReader and letting bukkit load the save file contents using that reader.
• Internal: Fully wrapped loading procedure into try-catch-block to catch any types of unexpected issues there, and then disable the plugin. (hopefully helps figuring out the issue behind #485)
• Minor improvement: Logging to console how many shops are about to get loaded.
