What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have installed the new sewer update and did /sewer create (/sewer create size isnt working)
I traversed the sewer for a long time tp'ing about it but I do not see ANY special rooms
I can see a few of the safehouses with bookshelves and a door but none of the Added Features that you mention are confirmed...

What version of the product are you using?

We decided to put all of the abandoned features at the bottom of the sink holes. There are a few bugs with the new gen and sink holes so just look for somthing strange in a tunnel and break it. As for the size not working, ill look into that. It worked in the Christmas Dev build but I didn't test it in 0.3.1.1...

TIP: there are no deadins in the sewers. just some places the cieling caved so you have to break through it.

Ya size doesn't seem to work for commands.
