What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When a player joins the server it momentarily lags while their permissions are being loaded.
2. When a player gets ranked up the server lags until are permissions are loaded.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect them to rank up instantly without lag. They rank up and the server lags while that one players permissions load.

What version of the product are you using?
latest

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Yes but I do not know where to start copying from
