• Updated to CB 1.3.1-R2.0
• Nesting issues are caused when nobody in a specific group is online, if the config needs to be edited simply type in /permissions reload and reload the file in your text editor. This is not SetRankPB's fault as far as I know.
• Updated the promotion system to look nicer, and actually work.
• The prices are now in a new file called pricelist.txt in the SetRankPB folder.
• Added /promo available. This command lists all the ranks that are buyable including whether the player can afford it or not.
• Added SimplyPerms support. This has not been tested by myself.
• The iConomy permission nodes are now replaced with promo. (i.e. setrankpb.promo.whatami instead of setrankpb.iConomy.whatami)
• Fixed the norank permission node.
• Added /promo help.
• Offline ranking should be working properly now.
• API: Added a PromoHandler (getPromoHandler()) that handles self promotion (mostly iConomy stuff).
• API: Added methods to access private methods in other plugins. Since it was never used (working) I marked it as deprecated, i'm sure someone else can use this somehow.
• Fixed Spout achievements (Were they broken? They looked broken in the code).

• Removed Herobrine
• The source code is now inside the jar file.

Delete your config files before running it the first time and make sure to copy the prices to move them over to pricelist.txt!! Only do that if you actually have used the plugin before, of course.
