Commands for ServerRestartWarning plugin. 

/srw -s - Force restart's the server.

/srw - Command to restart the server with warning.

/srw -o (number) - Command to restart the server with warning after (number) seconds.

/srwc - Command to cancel scheduled restart.

/ssw -o (number) - Command to shutdown the server with warning after (number) seconds.

/ssw - Command to shutdown the server with warning.
