Hello, i am currently setting up the plugin to work once more :D

About
WIP This plugin is a cross server chat. It enables the server chat to be transmitted to all other servers with this plugin installed. This means that with this plugin, the chat on your server will be posted on other servers. With full permission capabilities and (economics?). This will help you server grow as the servers will grow more friendly. The backend and client server plugins will include spam and swearing protection, there will also be a way of reporting a server through a online method.This offers a 3 way defence system. The way it works is on a very basic lag-free method of java socket. Connecting to a backend server then transmitting to all other servers with the plugin installed.

Permissions
- st.chat.* - Allow the player's chat to be transmitted.
- st.receive.* - Allow player to receive chat.
Commands
- st ping - Checks if the client server is connected to the backend server.

Posted Sep 9, 2013Neat idea, you should probably add something like /st join before you can enter the global chat and /st [text] before you can write in the global chat and /st leave to leave the chat of course, and maby add a premission for admins so that you can override that other closed their global chat.
EDIT:
Btw on my 1.5.2 FTB server the ServerTalk displays as red in the ./plugin list.

Yes, that is what st.receive.* does.
st.chat.* sends it to every server around the real world (earth) with the plugin installed.

Then why are you here? Leave. Don't look for a plugin that you don't like.

Posted Jun 19, 2013As much as I kindly respect the effort you have put into this, I don't think this is a good idea at all. Most servers (like mine) have players who already find their chat spammed by players on the server. If you plan to add other servers into the equation, that will just make the problem worse. To compound to this issue, many servers have additional chat rules such as no advertising or no swearing. Issues such as vulgarity and religion are subjective to the person making the rules.
