What does this plugin do?
- When a player joins the server, it will display this message to the player, "Welcome back to the server, [username]", for example if the players username is Bob it will say, "Welcome back to the server, Bob", "Welcome back to the server," is going to be in the color green and the username will be in aqua

- Currently right now there are no Permissions right now, there might be permissions in the next version of this plugin
