Bukkit

Bugfix release:

• add permission part to plugin.yml
• fix: World "world" may not even exist.
• fix: Chunklist may be zero, but that won't break here
• fix: Count all chunks in all enabled worlds.
• also fixed internal test code to work in secondary worlds

This plugin is only for people running the 1.7.2 bukkit server version. This version will not work with bukkit 1.6.x.

• only loaded chunks are affected, areas where players are not present will not be changed

This plugin will destroy structures made out of natural materials - erosion does not know what is natural and what is not.
