• Switch to a better version numbering scheme by shifting version digits left, ie 0.3.0 -> 3.0
• Switched to using OmCommands library for commands
• Added support for command translations, ie localizations

ChestShop through Vault still checks with the last location of an offline player or current location of an online player to see if they have enough money to buy items instead of directly using the location of the shop.
