New commands to set variable's ingame.
Scrolls are not limited to a 'piece of paper'. You can change the item a scroll is. You could for instance make it a nether star or a stick.
New permission to bypass 'uses'. If you have this permission you will not 'use' a scroll and therefore its lifespan is not decreased. You can also be immune for potion effects with a new bypass permission.
Scrolls can now be created in game with /scroll create. You can also change a variable of the scroll (say: destination) in game.
